How do i return my item for exchange/refund?Instead of emailing me, please return the item back to the address provided, but it MUST INCLUDE, the special bfs returns form which comes with your original order. Then i will know exactly what you want to be done. This is quicker than emailing me as I get 100’s of emails a day.
